Rules for use of the blog

Naipes Heraclio Fournier, S.A., we have prepared this "Blog" in order to promote the participation of those interested in the world of card and board games. However, in order to achieve this goal it is necessary to establish some basic rules for the proper use and operation of the Blog:

The "Blog" forms part of the www.nhfournier.es website, which means that it is also subject to the "Website Terms of Use" as well as its "Privacy Policy" legal notices, although in order to be able to make comments it is necessary to read and understand these "Rules for the Use of the Blog". In the event that the user disagrees with them, they must refrain from commenting and, consequently, from participating in the Blog.

Each registered user will be responsible for the views and comments they make assuming any liability that they may incur. User names that are obscene, offensive, of racist, xenophobic, homophobic or sexist content are permitted.

NAIPES HERACLIO FOURNIER, S.A. is not responsible for the opinions, messages or comments that the users submit to the Blog. The content of each message or comment is the sole and exclusive civil, penal and administrative responsibility of whoever sent it.

All comments that are made by users require approval for publication by the Blog administrator. In accordance with and without prejudice to freedom of expression and respect for all views expressed, NAIPES HERACLIO FOURNIER, S.A. reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access, delete, edit or not publish messages or comments that are contrary to these rules of use, including insults or threats against the Blog administrator or other users, using swear words, racist, xenophobic, homophobic or sexist content or inciting a breach of current legislation, at any time without prior or subsequent notice.
Users may not post messages or comments regarding products, services, logos, trademarks, links or any other type of information or content pertaining to websites or companies with which they are linked, either directly or indirectly, insofar as representing the pursuit of promotional, advertising or business purposes.

It is also forbidden for messages or comments to include personal data or other information that reveals the identity of individuals or legal entities, especially in the case of minors.

The posting of links that involve payment for access is forbidden.

Failure to follow these rules for use of the "Blog" by any user will result in immediate expulsion, although the administrator of the "Blog" reserves the right to retain the messages or comments that the user has made up until the time of expulsion. Pursuant to this, other users may not post messages or comments for or on behalf of those who have been expelled.
