Processing of personal data

At NAIPES HERACLIO FOURNIER, S.A. we are concerned about the personal data that we process and the strict enforcement of existing legislation on the protection of personal data (including, Law 15/1999, 13th December, Protection of Personal Data and Royal Decree 1720/2007 21st December, approving the Regulations implementing the Data Protection Act).

In accordance with such, by means of this privacy policy we wish to inform the users of our website about the treatment of data that we hold at NAIPES HERACLIO FOURNIER, S.A., so that they have the information necessary to decide whether or not to provide us with the data requested.

Users of the www.nhfournier.es website are informed that personal data which are collected are added to files for which NAIPES HERACLIO FOURNIER, S.A. is responsible,  having previously notified the Spanish Agency for Data Protection.

Personal data that the user provides to NAIPES HERACLIO FOURNIER, S.A. via the www.nhfournier.es website are used to correctly manage requests for information or estimates, participate in the blog or to manage any other service that is requested of us. Fields marked with an asterisk are compulsory, consequently if the user does not provide the company with this information, it may not be able to offer the service or send the application requested.

Each form for gathering personal data has the relevant legal notice or informative clause incorporated into it, stating the specific purpose or purposes for which the data collected will be used as well as other aspects required by current legislation concerning the protection of personal data. The user must read and accept this informative clause before submitting their request.

Within the aims for the treatment of users’ personal data, the sending of commercial information about the company's products which could be of interest may be included.  However, users may indicate not to receive commercial information by means of the empty boxes included in such informative clauses.  Specifically two boxes have been included, one to allow the user to express their refusal to receive the information solely in electronic form (in which case and unless the other box is checked, sending of information by postal mail is authorised) and another to express their refusal to receive any information by any means, whether posted or electronically.

In accordance with that stated in Article 9 of the Protection of Personal Data Act, NAIPES HERACLIO FOURNIER, S.A. has adopted the technical and organizational security measures necessary to guarantee the security of personal data and to avoid its alteration, loss, or unauthorized access, given the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, this will only arise from human action or by physical or natural means.

Users of the www.nhfournier.es website can exercise their right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by sending a request accompanied by a photocopy of their national identification document to the following address:
